Mother's Day - - Still feels unreal that I am one!

Hi all. First I'd like to wish Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms and future moms that read this.

For those of you who don't know, I lost my mom to cancer when I was 19. Ever since then I've dreaded Mother's day. I hated seeing the ads in the paper for sales, the cards, the gift displays, commercials...etc. I've come to peace with it recently. Just because my mom died doesn't mean the holiday should be cancelled for those lucky enough to still have their moms. Plus, I'm a mom now. Still seems unreal.

I've been working on a few cards to send out to friends for M-Day.
